Tim Whyatt is an Australian cartoonist best known for his humorous range of greetings cards “Traces of Nuts”. Born in 1967, Tim took up illustration about 20 years ago after completing a short night-school course on Cartooning for Beginners. Since then, Tim has won numerous awards in Australia and the UK and his work has twice been voted the UK’s Best Humour Range at the industry’s most prestigious greetings card awards (the Henries) in 2011 and 2012. His work is hugely popular in the UK, America and Australia and has been translated into various languages including German, Spanish, French, Polish and Norwegian.
Life After 50 is a paperback collection of some of the best of Tim’s cartoon’s covering the highs and lows, the laughter and indignities of later life: from the office, medical procedures and shopping to sex, the TV and teenagers, with women(young and old) usually getting the upper hand.
